Full equipped

Holiday flats are fully equipped and most utilities are included. You have flats in all sizes like: Studios apartments, one or two bedrooms apartment and 3 or more bedrooms in one apartment. Expect to pay from about €95 upwards per day for a studio flat for 2 fairly near to the centre. Some agencies require a minimum stay period of one week, and a hefty deposit.

Rome apartments vary in quality and price, if your budget is towards the lower end then expectations should be modified accordingly. However, any reputable letting agency will ensure that all the basic requirements for a pleasant stay are met.
